Second Alarm in Peekskill

At 10:20 this morning Buchanan FD was requested to the City of Peekskill for a residential structure fire. Within minutes Utility 12 responded to assist.

After extensive fire suppression efforts, a second alarm was transmitted by the PFD Chief. This brought our Engine 160
to relocate to cover any additional calls in the Peekskill fire district. Verplanck TL-46 was on the assignment as well. While both units operated a crew was back in our headquarters to cover the village.
